Aliyekuwa Mwanasheria Mkuu wa serikali Justin Muturi sasa anataka Hazina na NG-CDF kuondolewa.
Katika ujumbe ambao ameuchapisha katika mtandao wake wa X Muturi amesema, NG-CDF ni hazina ya kifisadi, isiyo halali na inakiuka katiba, akidai inatumika kuwawezesha wabunge, familia zao na marafiki wao kujitajirisha kwa njia isiyo ya haki.
‘’ NG-CDF is a corrupt, illegal and unconstitutional slush fund to unjustly enrich the MPs, their families and cronies and should, therefore, be scraped.’’
Kauli hii imejiri baada ya wabunge kulalamikia kucheleweshwa kutumwa kwa mgao huo. Akiwasilisha hoja Katika kikao cha Jumanne, Mbunge wa Eldas Adan Kaynan alipendekeza vikao vya alasiri kusitishwa hadi suala hilo litakaposhugulikiwa.
Hata hivyo, Spika wa Bunge la Kitaifa Moses wetangula amelipinga vikali pendekezo hilo na kusema
‘’It is an extremely cowardly act for members of parliament, with all the powers under the Constitution in your hands, to boycott your work. It will be a very cowardly act I can assure you, because as a House, you have impeached a Minister, you have impeached a Deputy President, you have powers in your hands. How do you run away from your own house? This is the big question.’’
Wetangula alisema suala hilo litashughulikiwa bungeni Jumatano akiwataka wabunge kuwa na subra.
‘’ And it is only tomorrow, not the next day, not Thursday, not Friday, tomorrow or two-thirds. If you agree with your Speaker, we go on with the business. If you don’t agree, those of you who are not keen to carry on with business, don’t disrupt the House, let those who want to have business go on with business.’’
