The Kenya Railways Corporation has notified commuters that today Thursday, April 24,2025 morning link trains to Lukenya and Syokimau have been suspended.
In a statement, the Corporation has attributed the suspension to a blockage of railway line at Mukuru.
“Dear Customer, kindly note that owing to a blockage of the line at Mukuru, the morning link trains to Lukenya and Syokimau will not run, “the statement partly reads.
The body noted that their team are on ground working to ensure that normal services are restored as soon as possible.
The management further apologized to their customers who have been affected by the abrupt closure adding that information will be issued on resumption of services.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will notify you once normal services resume,” the Management concluded.
