Ramba Boys High School is yet again on the news headlines after students staged protests demanding the immediate ouster of their School Principal Wycliffe Manoah.
In footages seen by Radio 47 Digital, the students held protests on the evening of Thursday 24th April,2025 at around 6:00 PM while carrying twigs.
They set a building belonging to the security personnel ablaze as they expressed their dissatisfaction with the school head.
As the protests escalated, they moved outside the school gate marching at a nearby market while chanting their Principal’s name.
“Manoah must go! Manoah must go!” They are heard chanting on the now viral video.
The riots come barely one month after the students staged another protest over the demise of their two colleagues who lost their lives following a septic tank collapse.
In the unfortunate incident, the two students were standing on top of the tank when it caved in, trapping them. Two others were rescued and rushed to the hospital.
